Review the assessment via Competency 3 – Overview and Assessment Information.

o Use a company of which you are familiar or can become familiar with its Supply/Value Chain. Avoid using a generic diagram. Construct a Supply/Value Chain that is reflective of the company you are studying.
o Build a supply/value chain plan and diagram for the company by analyzing factors that affect sourcing, logistics, metrics, suppliers, and risk.
o Create your supply/value chain diagram using one of the following tools: Excel or Other faculty-approved platform
