In Module 6, you are to write a paper discussing the skills you have mastered as a team member and those you would like to develop further. Discuss the membership of your team, their roles, how the team functions, and the contributions that nursing makes. Do not forget to address team-based delivery of care in your work setting and how it may improve outcomes. Make sure you answer all the questions.

Instructions
Your assigned readings discuss the principles of team-based delivery of health care and the qualities of a team player. In a 1000–1400-word paper drawing from the literature, discuss the following:

1. Assess the team qualities you have mastered thus far in your career and those you feel need further development.
2. Evaluate the health care team of which you are a member. Discuss the health professionals that make up the team and their roles, how well the team functions, and what are the important contributions nursing brings to the team.
3. Based on the readings, in what ways do you think team-based delivery of care can be utilized more effectively in your work setting to improve outcomes.
