The purpose of this discussion is to reflect on the principles presented in the course text Crucial Influence by Grenny, Patterson, Maxfield, McMillan, & Switzler. For this discussion, reflect on the Three Keys to Influence discussed in chapter 2 (Focus and Measure, Find Vital Behaviors, and Engage All Six Sources of Influence). Write a thread that highlights how each of the Keys is important to organizational change. Include personal work experience noting specific elements from one of the Keys as part of your response. For example, you could share how one of the vital behaviors was demonstrated or how one of the six sources of influence was leveraged (or ignored) in your organization.

The student must then post two replies of at least 300-400 words of the assigned Module: Week. For each thread, students must support their assertions with a text and at least four scholarly citations in APA format. Each reply must incorporate at least two scholarly citations in APA format. Any sources cited must have been published within the last three years. Acceptable sources include scholarly citations from peer-reviewed journals, any of the course texts, and the Bible.
