Instructions:
Conduct a search of articles and opinion pieces that help identify and organize the systems within your organization. Use those articles to create a graphic that clearly depicts the systems within your department and how they interact and are interrelated. Any software is acceptable to create a graphic (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Visio, or various free web applications.)
Use research and graphic to write an essay that
• identifies large and small systems (as defined by authority and influence) within your organization;
• discusses how the systems interact by process and communication;
• discusses how productive and efficient the interaction is; and
• discusses the dynamic nature of these systems, how they change, what serves as disruptors and/or agents of change.
The essay must adhere to the criteria below:
• The essay must be at least 1000 words, following APA format.
• The essay must include at least two textbook references.
• The essay must include at least two published article or opinion piece references.
• The essay must include at least one graphic depiction of the systems within the
student’s organization
