   As a leader, I would use failure to propel my practice ahead through evidence-based innovation and transformation. I’d start by identifying areas where my practice setup may be improved. After that, I’d look for evidence-based answers to these issues. I’d put these ideas in place and track their performance. If the solutions didn’t work, I’d look into why they didn’t work and try to come up with new ones. This cycle would be repeated until the issues in my practice setting were resolved.
