Now, please follow the instructions below to complete the assignment.

Instructions:
Construct an essay on the course concepts that you selected.
Write one or two paragraphs for each bullet point below. Please note that you must meet the guidelines in each bullet point to receive full credit.
Your essay must be in APA format, 12-point font, Times New Roman. Use at least two research articles/resources and cite them correctly. You must also provide a reference page in APA format.

• In 5-7 sentences, introduce and provide a clear and concise overview of the two selected course concepts.

• Identify the first selected concept. Identify at least 2 exemplars that relates to this concept. Provide at least 3-5 in-depth sentences for each exemplar, explaining the importance of the concept to each exemplar.

• Identify the second selected concept. Identify at least 2 exemplars that relates to this concept. Provide at least 3-5 in-depth sentences for each exemplar, explaining the importance of the concept to each exemplar.

• Provide at least 3 in-depth sentences for each concept explaining how specifically each concept impacts the nurse’s need to use high-level clinical judgment. (Consider how nurses advance clinical practice because of the identified concepts).

• Identify at least 2 current health initiatives surrounding each of the two selected concepts. (Think about different accreditation bodies or policies or initiatives).
Provide 3 in-depth sentences for each health initiative, describing how/why each of the initiatives are impacting the quality of care for patients.

• Discuss how to advance workplace communication related to each of the concepts. Identify and discuss at least 3 strategies to advance workplace communication.
Provide at least 2 in-depth sentences describing how each of these strategies relate to each selected concept and advance communication.

• Conclude your discussion. In 5-7 in-depth sentences, provide an overview of what was discussed. Summarize all the important key points within the paper.
