The brochure should include the following information:

Identify a training need in your current organization or an organization with which you are familiar.

Using the principles of learning, identify a type of training to be offered to employees. Make sure to describe the training in detail and provide a clear connection between the training selected and the organizational need.

A list of how the employee benefits from the training program.

A list of how the organization benefits from the training program.

A section that includes the parameters of the program (i.e., who’s eligible to participate, outcomes required by the state program, how the program is funded), and how the training would be evaluated. Remember, if your state does not have specific requirements, use the program set forth by Louisiana.

You should include at least two professional images in the brochure and it should be professional, polished, and geared towards professional, not academic, use. Submit in full color as a PDF.
