Student will also learn how to present information in annotated bibliography format which is a beneficial tool for organizing research. Engaging in this research will provide student with potential resources that will help inform the student’s understanding of best practices in employee research and development and perhaps inform dissertation research.
Locate four scholarly articles related to the topic of employee training and development. The articles must be from scholarly, peer-reviewed journals and have been published within the last 10 years. The Jerry Falwell Library is a reliable place to conduct your searches. You do not need to pay for articles. Articles that ask you to pay for access can generally be accessed through the Jerry Falwell Library without requiring payment.
Annotate each article, specifically addressing how the research presented informs your understanding of the practice of employee training and development specifically. These annotations should be in APA format, compiled into one document in alphabetical order according to author last name (the same as would be appropriate for reference list order). Each individual annotation should be at least 250 words in length.
