Task Requirement

The learner is to use evidence from either current national or local audit results to guide the development of a small change project.  Evaluation for the use of audit as a tool to inform and improve clinical practice, must be shown. The learner must take an analytical approach to the change process and take into account the influence of both internal and external factors on change.  A range of leadership styles should be appraised and the learner should examine the effect of leadership styles on the change process.
