Life House and Evaluation Process

To prepare
• Review the Life House: Background for Evaluation document from the Learning Resources this week.
• Click the play button on your interactive simulation video below to access your prerecorded simulation. After you click play, you will be introduced to the simulation and prompted to select the most appropriate response after each interaction. Follow the instructions as they appear onscreen. Be sure to review your Assignment submission instructions in advance and take notes as you go through the simulation experience.

• Based on your knowledge of the Life House agency, including your recent conversation with the executive director, how would you describe the target population for your program?

• Based on your knowledge of the Life House agency and information from the readings, would you initially recommend a formative or summative evaluation approach? Explain your answer.
• Which of the following types of evaluation would you initially plan for your program? (Explain your selections using formative and summative evaluation.)
