Describes how the applications will handle HIE
Applications: Security
Describes the security features for internal and external threats within the application and explains how these features will be effective in protecting patient information. Be sure to include discussion around firewalls and encryption in your description
Applications: Disaster and Recovery Planning
Describes the security features within the application pertaining to disaster and recovery planning and explains how these features will be effective in protecting patient information
Applications: Computer-Assisted Coding
Interprets the processes of the computer-assisted coding that will be used in your coding management application
Applications: Capabilities
Identifies the computer-assisted coding capabilities that will be included in the application selection and explains how these capabilities will contribute to the effectiveness of the EHR
