Emerging Leadership Theories Paper

For this paper you will have the opportunity to research an emerging leadership theory or concept. Most of these theories have not made it into the textbooks yet, either because they have not reached broad acceptance or are only beginning to be researched.

Select from spiritual leadership theory (Fry, 2003), relational leadership theory (Uhl-Bien, 2006), or e-leadership (Avolio, Sosik, Kahai, & Baker, 2014).

Each of the provided references is only a starter to assist you. You must seek out 3 additional articles on this topic and write a 600-750 words paper on the theory. Include an introduction to the theory in the first half of your paper. Then in the second half evaluate the theory in terms of practical applications and benefits or limitations relative to other theories you have learned about.
