General Instructions

The candidate will research and analyze a current or potential legal issue facing educators in most of today’s schools. The candidate will convey his/her opinion of the implications of quality decision making regarding the legal, moral, and ethical implications in solving the problem and suggestions for policy/political options for solving the problem. The candidate will create a presentation that could be presented to his/her faculty/staff to educate them on said issue.
