1. Discuss the following quote from an Office of Police Integrity report (2012):
“The ultimate objective of reporting wrongdoing in the workplace must be organisational improvement. Without learning from and preventing wrongdoing – making the organisation better – there is no point compelling or even encouraging police to report the wrongdoing of their colleagues.
