Behavioral and Social Aspects of Health

Case study that demonstrates the application of any one of the behaviors change models/theories as discussed in class. Be sure to include how each construct is used in the application. You can see the articles in the textbook for examples of how to apply the theory and constructs. You may not use the same examples as are in the text. The case study must be two full pages minimum and 3 pages at maximum (not including cover and reference pages)

The case study will be written in APA format to include in-text citation as well as an APA formatted cover sheet and reference page. 

Case Study A exact details what the teacher wants:

You must write a Case study (story) that demonstrates the application of transtheoretical module of the behaviors change models/theories as discussed in class. Be sure to include how each construct is used in the application. You must indicate if the theory/model either predicts Target Behavior (TB), explains TB, or stages the Target Population (TP) in your paper.  You can see the articles in the textbook for examples of how to apply the theory and constructs. You may not use the same examples as are in the text, or examples we have used in class. The case study must be two full pages minimum and 3 pages at maximum (not including cover and reference pages)

• Source can be added and must be intext citation.
• The teacher would like the paper to focus on telling a story about a specific situation using the transtheoretical module. Details on that topic are in the textbook. I am asking, please, if you can do a quick review of the textbook on that specific module so I can have a complete details paper on how the teacher wants it.

 9. What effect did the intervention have in moving the nurses from the contemplation/preparation stages pre-intervention to action 1 month post intervention?

 10. Look back at your group’s brainstorming results and identify any similarities in what you would do relative to using the processes to move yourselves to taking action on sitting properly
