Step 1
After completing the required reading, conduct additional research to define each term below as it applies to the organization (while considering the needs of individuals within the organization):
• safe,
• healthy,
• prepared, and
• resilient
Step 2
Create and complete a matrix like the one below that outlines strategic (balcony) and tactical (dance floor) perspectives regarding the current state of your organization. Identify at least two critical indicators for each (i.e., what can be measured that indicates success or failure).

Step 3
The matrix will serve as an appendix in the essay assignment.
