Assignment Overview
Conduct a literature review. This assignment provides you with the opportunity to use the resources provided and write a research paper. I have attached past weekly readings, were multiliteracies are introduced in teacher education. This assignment requires these readings, and peer reviewed articles to write a research paper on multiliteracies by focusing on multiliteracies approach to empower learning and teaching engagement in reading.

Research project:
Multiliteracies Short Research Paper: (connects to theory, research, effective practices, and commitment in the TREC conceptual framework)

Write a literature review in a three to four page, doubled-space paper, excluding references, using APA format about multiliteracies approach to empower learning and teaching engagement in reading.
I need at least need five more peer-reviewed journal articles that I have not attached/provided.
The structure of your paper should be:
Page One: title page (your name, class instructor, course title, research topic)
Page Two: Write a page about the background of your topic and the rationale for focusing on this area. You are encouraged to support it with some literature.
Pages Three, Four, & Five:
Write a literature review about your topic. Use class readings and five additional peer-reviewed articles to write this section about your topic.
Page Six: Write a reflection about what you have learned. How did this project help you think about teaching and your current or future students? Make sure your reflection shows depth and connections with the class readings.
