 **Group work experience portion can be fabricated. Here is a brief explanation of how my group work experience went —> As I usually occupy a leadership position in these particular projects and I was comfortable assuming the role of ensuring our workflow goes smoothly however I am always left to do a huge portion of the work so I learned valuable lessons in delegating work to others. This project emphasized how clear communication was an essential tool. Also, there was a small language barrier that one member used as an excuse not to participate (she understood but did not want to help).
